We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your stylish eyewear arrives safely.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Sunglasses Sales purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Women’s Eyeglasses unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

All other products (Accessories, Lightweight Sunglasses, Men’s Sunglasses, and Women’s Sunglasses) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Our Simple 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include:

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation that the item is in original condition with all tags and packaging

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to the provided address.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once processed.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information
