At Sunglasses Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish eyewear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Women’s Eyeglasses unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other products (Accessories, Lightweight Sunglasses, Men’s Sunglasses, and Women’s Sunglasses) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Sunglasses Sales Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Product Name: [Product Name] – Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please specify] – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify product if exchanging)] I have reviewed the return policy and confirm that the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (2446 Whitman Court, New Haven, US 06511)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, please specify the replacement item in your return request. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
