Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes! All our sunglasses offer 100% UV protection to keep your eyes safe while looking stylish. Our lenses block both UVA and UVB rays.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently, our Women’s Eyeglasses collection offers frames that are prescription-ready, but we don’t provide lens customization. You’ll need to have lenses fitted by your optician.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries! However, we currently cannot deliver to select regions in Asia and some remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Faster delivery via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  2. Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
All orders typically process within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep! Both our shipping methods include tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your eyewear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
